MESSAGE FROM THE CAMPUS CHIEF

With the objective of providing quality education at affordable prices to the students coming from different parts of the country including Nuwakot, Dhading, Gorkha, Rasuwa and the northern region of Kathmandu district, N. R. College has been duly established in 2063 B.S. The college has so far contributed to the country’s educational level by providing higher education to thousands of students. Despite various challenges, the college continues to climb the ladder of success in its campaign to provide quality education at affordable fees during the 15 years of its establishment and has a significant role to play in developing the entire Nepaltar region as an educational hub. Since the establishment of this campus, the objective of getting quality education from different parts of the country has been to create a comfortable environment for the students living in the capital as well as for the locals in education and business.

Due to efficient management, student collaboration, teacher / professor interaction and competent staff; N. R. College has been on the cusp of success in the short span of its establishment. The college has immediately formed a QAA Committee to participate in the Quality Assurance and Accreditation (QAA) program, which will ensure educational quality in line with international standards. The sub-committee will carry out programs to improve the quality of education, physical infrastructure and quality of life required for QAA accreditation and the processes for QAA accreditation.

We have seen that many business and social organizations have ceased to exist due to the inability to assimilate the changes in today’s competitive age. In today’s dynamic environment, the door to other possibilities for students should not be closed by always being limited to the same subjects. Therefore, new subjects of study and research done in the country and abroad and teaching methods will be explored and initiatives will be taken to teach the students accordingly. In view of the changing circumstances and changing needs of the students, initiatives will be taken to teach technical and new practical subjects including BBA, BBM, BHM, BSW.
